has anyone been successful with self-hypnosis?
i’ve been in to self-hypnosis for about 2 weeks now, maybe more, and I don’t really know if it is working all that good. Has anybody actually seen results from this? I use an accelerated learning, weight loss, memory, and self-esteem hypno-tape. “I am a low self-esteem engine in need of some horse power.”-sage francis, Personal Journals album.
i haven’t tried it, but I’m starting a hypno-babies child birthing self study very soon, so I’ll let you know! I do know that this type of thing only works if you have a strong belief in it…so if you are like well i’m not really sure if it works…it probably won’t work.
